中华全国总工会日前印发了《全国职工素质建设工程五年规划(2010-2014)》的通知。通知根据全国总工会《关于充分发挥工会“大学校”作用,提高职工队伍整体素质的决议》和《关于全面实施职工素质建设工程的意见》的部署要求,制定了实施职工素质建设工程的阶段性规划和实施方案,本刊本期将《规划》的部分内容发表如下,以飨读者。
