目的研究内源性一氧化氮对家兔血液流变学的影响。方法将26只家兔随机分为L-精氨酸组和对照组。L-精氨酸组给予L-精氨酸15mg/kg,iv。自兔耳中动脉取血,测定血浆一氧化氮含量和血液流变学指标。结果静脉给予L-精氨酸后,血浆一氧化氮含量显著升高,全血粘度、体外血栓形成、血小板聚集率和红细胞聚集显著降低,红细胞的变性能力增加。但L-精氨酸在体外对血液流变性无明显作用。结论L-精氨酸通过促进内源性一氧化氮释放而改善血液流变性
Objective To study the effect of endogenous nitric oxide on hemorheology in rabbits. Methods Twenty-six rabbits were randomly divided into L-arginine group and control group. L-arginine group was given L-arginine 15 mg / kg, iv. Arterial blood was collected from the ears of rabbits, and the levels of plasma nitric oxide and blood rheology were measured. Results After administration of L-arginine intravenously, the content of plasma nitric oxide increased significantly. The whole blood viscosity, thrombosis in vitro, platelet aggregation rate and erythrocyte aggregation decreased significantly, and the degeneration ability of erythrocytes increased. However, L-arginine has no significant effect on hemorrheology in vitro. Conclusion L-arginine improves hemorrheology by promoting the release of endogenous nitric oxide
