我国的出版行业正从传统的编辑出版向市场经营转变,2003年党的十六大提出文化改革策略,开启国内出版行业的深度改革之路,到2010年底国内出版社全面的完成转企改制后,出版行业正面临激烈的市场竞争与淘汰,出版行业的内容创新变得极其重要,而在这当中,培养和网罗人才更是成为当下行业发展的当务之急。
China’s publishing industry is changing from the traditional editorial and publishing to market management. In 2003, the 16th CPC Congress put forward the strategy of cultural reform, opening up the road of deep reform in the domestic publishing industry. By the end of 2010, , Publishing industry is facing fierce market competition and elimination, content innovation in the publishing industry has become extremely important, and in this one, training and recruiting talent is becoming the top priority for the current development of the industry.
