视网膜脱离手术时,辅用玻璃体代用物进行内充填,可以弥补单用外垫压方法之不足,并提高其效果。本文复习近年有关文献,对目前临床常用的气体、硅油及透明质酸钠等三种玻璃体代用物进行综述,较为详细地介绍了它们在内充填作用中的作用特点、可取之处、局限性及并发症等问题,还介绍了尚处于实验阶段的聚乙烯醇(PVA)人工玻璃体的研究概况。
