目的探讨乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎疗效观察。方法回顾分析80例患者的临床资料。结果治疗组的有效率为89.5%,对照组的有效率为60.5%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血尿淀粉酶差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组均显著下降(P<0.05),下降幅度中治疗组组明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁能缓解和消除急性胰腺炎的临床症状,纠正异常的血液淀粉酶,明显提高治愈率,缩短住院天数,且用药期间未发现不良反应,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the curative effect of ulinastatin on acute pancreatitis. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The effective rate was 89.5% in the treatment group and 60.5% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in hematuria amylase between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, both groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and the decrease was significantly greater in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin can alleviate and eliminate the clinical symptoms of acute pancreatitis, correct abnormal blood amylase, significantly improve the cure rate and shorten the length of stay, and found no adverse reactions during treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
