在二年盆栽试验的基础上,选择了对土壤脲酶活性抑制能力较强、与作物需氮规律相适应且对作物生长、发育有良好影响的腐植酸抑制剂HA_4,进行了为期一年的玉米小区试验。通过对玉米种籽——种籽全生育的试验,不仅更进一步地证实了盆栽试验诸项结果的重演性,并经对根活性的测定及产量与产量结构的调查,表明了:在田间条件下,煤炭腐植酸抑制剂HA_4不仅具有与参比抑制剂相同的抑制脲酶的功能,而且对根脲酶活性无不良影响,但却对根活力及根代换量的提高有着良好的促进作用,保证了土壤养分被作物均衡吸收利用和有效地转化为籽实产量。从而最终获得比对照增产10.34%,比参比抑制剂增产28.73%的效果。充分表明了腐植酸脲酶抑制剂在农业生产中应用的可行性。
On the basis of two-year pot experiment, the humic acid inhibitor HA_4, which had a strong inhibitory effect on soil urease activity, adaptable to the nitrogen requirement of crops and had a good effect on crop growth and development, was selected for one year of corn Community test. Soil nutrients are absorbed evenly by the crop and effectively converted into seed yield. The result was 10.34% more yield than the control and 28.73% more yield than the reference inhibitor. It fully demonstrates the feasibility of using humic acid urease inhibitor in agricultural production.
