在1100~1200℃温度范围内,于炭纤维布上原位合成多壁碳纳米管。采用扫描电镜、透射电镜、拉曼光谱等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明,所制碳纳米管为多壁管,管端可见小球,生成物呈列线生长,生长方向基本垂直于基底,管壁少有杂质和缺陷,结晶度较高。反应温度、反应时间对产物的结构与形态均有一定影响。原位生成碳纳米管的数量和形态与基底的大小、形状有关,可通过调节反应温度和反应时间加以控制。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes were synthesized in-situ on carbon fiber cloth at 1100 ~ 1200 ℃ temperature range. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the prepared carbon nanotubes are multi-walled tubes, the beads can be seen on the tube end, the product grows in the form of column lines, the growth direction is basically perpendicular to the substrate, the tube wall has few impurities and defects and the crystallinity is high. The reaction temperature and reaction time have certain influence on the structure and morphology of the product. The number and morphology of in-situ generated carbon nanotubes are related to the size and shape of the substrate and can be controlled by adjusting the reaction temperature and reaction time.
