农村基层医院包括乡村卫生室由于技术力量和设备条件的限制,对一些危重的患者需向上级医院转诊。然而转诊过程中常出现由于思想和方法不当或“非医疗转诊”(是指没有医护配合的不科学地盲目转运危重患者寻求诊治的举措)致使一些病危者在转诊途中死亡或延误抢救的有利时机而死于上级医院。笔者就临床所见,提出以下建议,供基层医务工作者参考[1]。 Rural grass-roots hospitals, including rural clinics due to technical and equipment constraints, for some critically ill patients need to refer to the higher hospital.
