作者选择生化和组织学指标证实为散发慢性非甲非乙型肝炎、病程一年以上的60例病人,除外既往有输血史、药瘾、自身免疫型肝炎、肝硬化、同性恋、同时伴HIV或HBV感染、肾功能不全、严重高血压等疾病者。随机分为12月IFN治疗组和12月不治疗对照组。治疗组接受淋巴母细胞干扰素α300万单位,每周3次肌肉注射,为期一年。治疗组有1例失访。
The authors selected biochemical and histological indicators to confirm the distribution of chronic non-A, non-B hepatitis, duration of more than one year of 60 patients, with the exception of previous blood transfusion history, drug addiction, autoimmune hepatitis, cirrhosis, homosexuality, accompanied by HIV or HBV infection, renal insufficiency, severe hypertension and other diseases. Randomly divided into December IFN treatment group and December untreated control group. Treatment group received lymphoblastoid interferon alpha 300 million units, 3 times a week intramuscular injection, for a period of one year. One case of treatment group lost to follow-up.
