目的论证超声引导经阴道穿刺取卵术的围手术期护理的实际效果。方法本研究选取本院接受超声引导经阴道穿刺取卵手术患者76例,对其进行了围手术期的术前、术中与术后护理。结果在围手术期护理结束后,患者满意度为100%,50例患者接受体外受精胚胎移植手术后成功妊娠。结论超声引导经阴道穿刺取卵术的围手术期护理开展具备临床效果,需临床医学高度重视并科学应用。
Objective To demonstrate the practical results of perioperative nursing guided by transvaginal ultrasound. Methods In this study, we selected 76 patients who underwent transvaginal laparoscopic surgery guided by ultrasound to carry out perioperative preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing. Results At the end of perioperative care, patient satisfaction was 100%, and 50 patients underwent successful pregnancy after IVF transplantation. Conclusion Perioperative nursing guided by transvaginal ultrasound guided transvaginal laparoscopic surgery has the clinical effect and needs clinical science to attach great importance and scientific application.
