一、现场监督公证面临的新问题(一)社会矛盾凸现、社会诚信缺失是现场监督类公证工作面临的新环境进入新世纪以来,我国的经济发展进入了一个崭新的阶段,综合国力大大增强,人民的生活水平也大幅度提高,但是,社会深层次的矛盾也日益尖锐,诚信的缺失也是我们当下不得不承认的又一个事实,种种民生问题上的矛盾,让老百姓对政府产生了一定程度的信任危机。有矛盾,人们心气就会不平;不诚信,人们就会带着怀疑的目光去看待政府行为和社会活动。现场监督类公证是一项在公开场合的开放性的公证业务活动,“有矛盾”、“不诚信”的现实环境是每名公证员不得不直面的问题。
I. New Problems Facing Notarization on the Spot (I) Emergence of Social Contradictions and Lack of Social Integrity are New Environments for Notarized Work on Site Supervision Since entering the new century, China’s economic development has entered a brand-new stage and its comprehensive national strength has greatly increased. The standard of living of the people has also risen sharply. However, deep-seated contradictions in society have become increasingly acute. The lack of honesty and credit is yet another fact that we must admit now. The contradictions on various livelihood issues have led people to have a certain degree of Crisis of Confidence. Contradictions, people will be uneasy heart; not good faith, people will take a skeptical look at the government behavior and social activities. On-site supervision of notarization is a public notary public in open activities, “contradictory ”, “dishonesty ” the reality is that each notary has to face the problem.
