随着社会经济的不断发展,对高质量的专业人才需求也在逐渐增加。尤其是对于具备全方面能力的应用型人才来说,有着一定的需求量。因此,在中职机械制造专业中,要做好人才培养工作,提高教育的针对性,实现人才培养的目标。基于此本文针对中职机械制造专业教学改革中的人才培养改革进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
With the continuous development of social economy, the demand for high-quality professionals is also gradually increasing. In particular, there is a certain amount of demand for application-oriented professionals with all-round capabilities. Therefore, in secondary vocational machinery manufacturing professionals, we must do a good job of personnel training, improve education targeted to achieve the goal of personnel training. Based on this, this paper gives a brief introduction to the personnel training reform in the teaching reform of secondary vocational education in machinery manufacturing, and puts forward some personal opinions for reference purposes only.
