目的:探讨利用运动员血睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)及T/C的动态变化作机能评定可行性的研究。方法:进行2级负荷训练,以放免法对T、C进行测定分析。结果:(1)T值:最高为降低强度训练后值,最小为实验前值;与受试前比,男降低强度训练后值,P<0.05,女P<0.01;SD值较大。(2)T/C值:最高为降低强度训练后值,最小为实验前值;与受试前比,降低强度训练后值,P<0.01;SD值较大。(3)C值:2级负荷后的数值都有变化P>0.05。结论:T,C,T/C值对负荷反应灵敏,数值变化有随强度变化的趋势,可作为运动员机能评定的指标;由于T。T/C的SD值较大,运用该指标进行机能评定时,需区别对待。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of evaluating the performance of athletes by using the dynamic changes of blood testosterone (T), cortisol (C) and T / C. Methods: 2-level load training, radioimmunoassay T, C were measured and analyzed. Results: (1) T value: the highest value after reducing intensity training, the minimum value before experiment; the value before training, the male decreasing intensity training value, P <0.05, female P <0.01; SD value Larger. (2) T / C value: the highest value after reducing intensity training, the minimum value before experiment; and the value before training, decreasing the intensity after training value, P <0.01; (3) C value: The value after 2 levels of load has changed P> 0.05. Conclusion: The values of T, C and T / C are sensitive to the load and the trend of the change with the intensity can be used as an indicator of the performance of athletes. T / C’s SD value is larger, the use of the index for performance evaluation, need to be treated differently.
