在锻造带孔的零件时,往往采用开式冲孔工艺。锻件冲孔后外形尺寸将发生变化,一般是高度方向尺寸变小,径向尺寸变大。这种变化取决于锻件外径D与孔径d之比。当D/d≥4时外径变化较小甚至没有变化,当外径与孔径之比为1.4≤D/d≤4时外径将出现变形,当D/d≤1.4时已不属于冲孔范围。设冲孔前的外径为D_o高度为H_o,冲孔后外径变为D高度变为H,要求所冲孔径为d。图1是三种类型的冲孔锻件,图1A是自由锻件
Forging parts with holes, often using open punching process. Forging after punching the external dimensions will change, the general direction of the smaller size, radial size becomes larger. This change depends on the diameter of the forging D and the aperture d ratio. When D / d≥4, the change of outer diameter is small or even no change.
