课堂教学中的公平问题关乎学生的学业和心理发展,同时也影响教育教学质量的提高。如何及时发现课堂教学中的不公平现象并给予纠正,笔者结合自身教育教学工作实际,分析课堂教学中的不公平现象并提出相应的对策。
The issue of fairness in classroom teaching is related to the academic and psychological development of students and the improvement of the quality of education and teaching. How to discover the inequity in classroom teaching in time and give it some corrections, the author analyzes the unfairness in classroom teaching and puts forward corresponding countermeasures according to the actual situation of its own education and teaching.
