目的:探讨高频超声在乳腺微小结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:抽取住院治疗的98例乳腺结节患者,所有研究对象均接受高频超声检查,统计高频超声对乳腺微小结节的检出率及诊断准确率,比较良恶性结节边缘轮廓、微钙化、形态、血流检出率、血流搏动指数(Pulsatility index,PI)及血流阻力指数(Resistent index,RI)。结果:高频超声对乳腺微小结节的检出率和诊断准确率均较高;良性结节边缘清晰率、形态规则率均明显高于恶性结节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);恶性结节血流检出率及RI值明显高于良性结节,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良恶性结节的微钙化率和PI值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高频超声在乳腺微小结节良恶性鉴别诊断中具有较高应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast microtumors. Methods: Ninety-nine patients with breast nodules were enrolled in hospital. All the subjects underwent high-frequency ultrasonography. The detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of high-frequency ultrasonography for the diagnosis of small breast nodules were compared. The marginal contours of benign and malignant nodules were compared. Calcification, morphology, detection rate of blood flow, Pulsatility index (PI) and Resistent index (RI). Results: The detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of high frequency ultrasound on the tiny breast nodules were higher than those of the malignant nodules (P <0.05) ; The detection rate of malignant nodules and the RI value of malignant nodules were significantly higher than that of benign nodules (P <0.05); There was no significant difference in the micro-calcification rate and PI between benign and malignant nodules (P> 0.05). Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules has a high value.
