积极开展慢性病预防,是控制今后慢性病卫生费用及卫生总费用上涨的关键措施。本研究在查阅大量现有资料的基础上,对在开展慢性病预防措施后,慢性病卫生费用及卫生总费用今后的增长状况和节省的卫生资金作了分析。结果表明:积极开展慢性病预防,到2030年,慢性病卫生费用将由14897亿元降至80584亿元;卫生总费用将由183587亿元降至115224亿元;慢性病卫生费用占卫生总费用的比例将由81.13％降至69.93％;从2000年到2030年的30年间,全国城市地区慢性病卫生费用总共可节省560564.67亿元
To actively carry out the prevention of chronic diseases is the key measure to control the future health expenditure of chronic diseases and the total health expenditure. Based on a large amount of available information, this study analyzed the future growth of health expenditure and total health expenditure and the savings of health funds after the prevention of chronic diseases. The results show that: Actively carry out the prevention of chronic diseases, by 2030, the cost of chronic diseases will be reduced from 1.4897 trillion yuan to 8.0584 trillion yuan; the total health expenditure will fall from 18.3587 trillion yuan to 115.224 trillion yuan; the proportion of chronic health costs in total health costs will be 81.13% To 69.93%. From 2000 to 2030, the total expenditure on chronic diseases in urban areas across the country can save a total of 56.0656467 trillion yuan
