医院发展的关键就是人才,而且科学的薪酬管理是保留人才最直接的方式,现在医院对于人力资源薪酬管理越来越重视,因此,加强薪酬管理是目前医院管理的重点。现代化的发展要求下,医院的管理人员应不断完善薪酬管理制度,改善其管理方式,这对于医院人力资源管理的意义非常大,在进行医院薪酬管理的时候一定要以激励为主体,科学的进行管理。本文就针对现代医院薪酬管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,然后提出了几点解决措施。
Hospital development is the key to talent, but the scientific remuneration management is the most direct way to retain talent, and now the hospital pay more attention to the management of human resources, therefore, to strengthen the remuneration management is the hospital management focus.
