目的:研究钼靶X线与彩色多普勒超声对乳腺癌微钙化病灶的临床诊断价值。方法:临床纳入46例我院2014年8月至2016年8月期间收治的乳腺癌微钙化病灶患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行钼靶X线检查、彩色多普勒超声检查以及联合检查,观察两种方法单独检查以及联合应用对乳腺癌微钙化病灶的诊断价值。结果:联合检测在病灶检出率上明显高于单独使用钼靶X线和彩色多普勒超声检测,P<0.05;彩色多普勒超声和联合检测在淋巴结检出率上明显高于钼靶X线检测,P<0.05;联合检测在肿块伴微钙化检出率上高于钼靶X线,在导管扩张伴微钙化检出率上明显高于彩色多普勒超声检测,P<0.05。结论:钼靶X线联合彩色多普勒超声在乳腺癌微钙化病灶的检测具有较高诊断率,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective: To study the clinical value of mammography and color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast microcalcifications. Methods: Forty-six patients with breast cancer micro-calcification lesions admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent mammography, color Doppler ultrasonography and combined examinations. To observe the two methods of single examination and combined application of the diagnostic value of breast cancer microcalcifications. Results: The detection rate of the joint detection was significantly higher than that of the molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound alone, P <0.05. The detection rate of lymph node in color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that of mammography X-ray detection, P <0.05. The detection rate of combined detection of micrometastasis and tumor was higher than that of molybdenum target X-ray. The detection rate of ductal dilatation and microcalcification was significantly higher than that of color Doppler ultrasound examination (P <0.05). Conclusion: Molybdenum target X-ray combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the detection of breast cancer microcalcification lesions with high diagnostic rate, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
