最近,我们举行了一次高一政治新教师的会课活动。这次活动,共有19位新教师上了高一《经济生活》的汇报课。一人上课,一人主备,一人说课,全组共同参与研究,促进了全体高中政治教师对新教材以及教法的研究,有效地锻炼了青年教师,推动了他们的业务成长。各校的高一教师以及部分高二、高三教师一起参与了听课、评课,使这次活动真正成了一次群众性的新教材新教法的研讨活动,既深化了对新教材培训会的认识,又加强了教师队伍建设。19位新手的汇报课,绝大多数都能做到师生互动,调动学生的思维参与,体现学生的主体地位;都采用了多媒体教学手段,注意理论联系实际,注重引导学生从感性到理性理解、感悟教材观点;多数课,学生参与热情高,教学效果较好。但
