文章结合新形势下我国职业教育对顶岗实习教学活动提出的新要求,对学校二级院系、教务、学工、质控等校内多部门协同组织管理顶岗实习进行探讨,旨在探索可靠、可行、高效的顶岗实习组织管理机制以及相应的保障措施,以不断提升顶岗实习的质量。
Combining with the new requirements of our country’s vocational education on post teaching practice in the new situation, this paper discusses the synergistic organization and management of post training internships in secondary departments, academic affairs, academy, quality control and other schools in order to explore a reliable, feasible , Efficient post management organization and management mechanism and the corresponding safeguards in order to continuously improve the quality of internships.
