通过对某高炉传送φ1320张力辊残余应力的测试及数据处理,建立了压磁法的回归方程。既避免了对正在运行的、唯一的引进的张力辊备件进行有损的盲孔法测试,又能避免压磁法所需要的双向应力标定的繁重工作。利用文中介绍的回归方程,可以定期检查主要结构构件的残余应力的分布及调整、释放情况。
Through the testing and data processing of the φ1320 tension roller conveying residual stress of a blast furnace, the regression equation of the pressure magnetic method was established. This avoids the need to perform lossy blind-hole testing of the running and only introduced tension roller spare parts while avoiding the heavy workload of bidirectional stress calibration required by the pressure-magnetic method. Using the regression equations introduced in this paper, we can regularly check the distribution and adjustment and release of the residual stress of the main structural members.
