我国现有300余座选煤厂,其中近70%为矿井型选煤厂。多年来,我国矿井选煤厂一直沿袭着前苏联50年代的管理模式。现实情况表明,这种经营方式,由于选煤厂完全隶属于矿井,缺乏必要的经营权、人事权和分配权,因而在一定程度上限制和阻碍了其发展,已明显不适应形势的需要。因此,重新研究和探讨矿井选煤厂的管理模式,是十分紧迫和必要的。一、明确矿井选煤厂的企业性质
