饭店及饮食业者使用的餐具不仅要进行消毒,达到国家规定的卫生标准,就是我们家庭中使用的餐具也应当定期进行消毒,这是预防胃肠道疾病尤其是传染病发生的重要措施,是保障人们身体健康的基本要求。每一个家庭的餐具在宴请亲朋好友或使用一段时间后,都应对其进行必要的消毒。
