采用化学及仪器分析方法,对圈养和野生雌性林蛙皮肤的几种营养成分进行了比较研究。结果表明:圈养林蛙皮肤的粗脂肪和总磷脂含量分别比野生林蛙高10.88%和15.14%。野生蛙皮的Ca、P含量较圈养的分别高出70.61%和22.49%,圈养蛙皮的Zn含量较野生的高14.38%。野生蛙皮较圈养蛙皮的80%甲醇提取率高2.36%,对提取物进行柱层析结果显示圈养蛙皮与野生蛙皮不同浓度乙醇洗脱物中氨基酸种类存在差异。
Using chemical and instrumental analysis methods, several nutritional components of the captive and wild female frog skin were comparatively studied. The results showed that the crude fat and total phospholipid content of captive frog skin were 10.88% and 15.14% higher than that of wild forest frog respectively. The contents of Ca and P in wild frog skin were 70.61% and 22.49% higher than those in captivity, respectively. The content of Zn in captive frog skin was 14.38% higher than that in wild frog skin. The extraction rate of 80% methanol from the wild frog skin was 2.36% higher than that of the captive frog skin, and the results of column chromatography showed that there were differences in the amino acid species in different concentrations of ethanol eluate between the frog skin and wild frog skin.
