目的了解绍兴市越城区医疗机构消毒质量,以便更好地落实消毒管理办法,预防和控制医源性感染的发生。方法对越城区32家医疗机构的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液及压力蒸汽灭菌器等项目进行了监测。结果 3年共采样1 159份,合格1 011份,平均总合格率为87.23%;2006~2008年合格率分别为84.31%、86.68%、90.45%;室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌器的合格率分别为64.56%、87.35%、89.52%、95.83%、94.37%。结论越城区医疗机构消毒质量总体不高,但呈逐年上升趋势。其中室内空气消毒质量最差,应提高消毒意识,配备好消毒设施,切实提高消毒工作质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Yuecheng District of Shaoxing City in order to better implement the disinfection management measures to prevent and control the occurrence of iatrogenic infection. Methods The indoor air, surface of objects, hand of medical staff, disinfectant in use and pressure steam sterilizer in 32 medical institutions in Yuecheng District were monitored. Results A total of 1 159 samples were obtained over a period of 3 years, with a total of 1 011 passes, with an average total passing rate of 87.23%. The passing rates in 2006-2008 were 84.31%, 86.68% and 90.45% respectively. Indoor air, surface of objects, In the disinfectant, pressure steam sterilizer pass rates were 64.56%, 87.35%, 89.52%, 95.83%, 94.37%. Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Yuecheng District is generally not high, but it shows an upward trend year by year. The indoor air disinfection quality of the worst, should increase disinfection awareness, equipped with good disinfection facilities, and effectively improve the quality of disinfection work.
