我们利用缝纫机针和其它废旧器械柄,自制成一组泪囊鼻腔、上颌窦鼻腔吻合针。其制法简单,经济实用。我们通过做泪囊鼻腔吻合术5例,上颌窦鼻腔吻合术52例的临床实践,证实了这种自制吻合针缝合便利,手术中粘膜不易撕裂,使用效果良好。一、材料 9号的缝纫机针3根,废旧器械细柄或用8号铁丝截成长11～12厘米3根做柄。直角耵聍钩一个。二、制法 1.左右缝合针的制法:将缝纫机针尖磨短,使针尖端约距针孔前端0.05毫米,针体适当磨细,针槽锐边打钝。而后在酒精灯火焰上烧红,迅速用
