目的了解玉溪市市区医疗机构消毒灭菌质量状况,为提高医疗机构消毒管理水平提供依据。方法 2013年8~11月采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对玉溪市市区26所医疗机构的消毒灭菌效果进行检测。结果共检测395份,合格372份,总合格率94.18%。公立医院合格率95.83%,民营医院合格率93.23%(P>0.05)。各项检测对象中,公立医院的无菌器械、压力蒸汽灭菌效果、消毒内镜合格率为100.00%,物体表面和使用中消毒液合格率95.00%,医护人员手合格率94.44%,空气和紫外线灯辐照强度合格率90.00%;民营医院的物体表面、使用中消毒液、消毒内镜合格率100.00%,无菌器械、压力蒸汽灭菌效果、空气、紫外线灯辐照强度、医护人员手合格率依次为97.62%、97.22%、92.31%、87.93%、81.82%。结论玉溪市区医疗机构消毒灭菌质量总体较好,医务人员手卫生执行力有待提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in urban area of Yuxi City and provide basis for improving the disinfection and management of medical institutions. Methods From August to November of 2013, the on-site sampling and laboratory testing methods were used to test the disinfection and sterilization effects of 26 medical institutions in urban areas of Yuxi City. Results A total of 395 were tested, 372 qualified, the total passing rate of 94.18%. 95.83% pass rate in public hospitals, 93.23% pass rate in private hospitals (P> 0.05). The detection of objects, the public hospital sterile instruments, pressure steam sterilization, disinfection endoscopy pass rate of 100.00%, the surface of the object and the use of disinfectant pass rate of 95.00%, medical staff pass rate of 94.44%, air and UV lamp irradiation intensity pass rate of 90.00%; private hospital objects surface, the use of disinfectant, disinfection endoscopy pass rate of 100.00%, sterile equipment, pressure steam sterilization effect, air, UV lamp irradiation intensity, medical staff The passing rate was 97.62%, 97.22%, 92.31%, 87.93% and 81.82% respectively. Conclusion The quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Yuxi City is generally good, and the execution ability of hand hygiene for medical staff needs to be improved.
