运用ANSYS,建立了20MnSi连铸方坯电磁-热耦合分析的有限元模型,得到了涡流和温度场的分布图,并对结果进行了分析。在不同的电参数下对20MnSi连铸方坯加热过程的温度分布进行了模拟计算,获得了不同加热参数下连铸坯的温度场分布和涡流分布,分析了不同参数对加热效果的影响。结果表明,频率和电流值对温度场和涡流的分布都有较大的影响。最后,对模拟结果进行了验证,发现模拟结果与实测结果符合良好。
Using ANSYS, the finite element model of electromagnetic-thermal coupling analysis of 20MnSi continuous casting billet was established. The distribution of eddy current and temperature field was obtained and the results were analyzed. The temperature distribution of 20MnSi continuous casting billet during heating process was simulated under different electric parameters. The temperature distribution and eddy current distribution of continuous casting slab under different heating parameters were obtained. The influence of different parameters on heating efficiency was analyzed. The results show that the frequency and current values have a great influence on the distribution of temperature field and eddy current. Finally, the simulation results were verified and found that the simulation results in good agreement with the measured results.
