目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定注射用炎琥宁的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil TMC18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=3.00),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为251nm。结果:在40.2~281μg/mL范围内,炎琥宁峰面积与测定浓度线性范围为0.520~0.157mg·mL-1,呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.9%,重复性试验RSD为0.49%。结论:采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用炎琥宁含量方法准确,简便快速,重现性好,值得在测定注射用炎琥宁制剂中推广应用。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of the content of injection of mesylate. Methods: Diamonsil TMC18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH = 3.00) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min and a detection wavelength of 251 nm. Results: In the range of 40.2-281μg / mL, the linear range was 0.520 ~ 0.157mg · mL-1 and the linear range was 0.529 ~ 0.157mg · mL-1. The average recovery was 99.9% The repeatability test RSD was 0.49%. Conclusion: The method of determining the content of mesylate in injection by HPLC is accurate, simple, rapid and reproducible. It is worth to be used in the determination of the injection of mesylate.
