由城市房屋拆迁产生的利益冲突与社会矛盾越来越多,究其原因主要与政府在拆迁中的角色错位有关。因此,有必要从剖析城市房屋拆迁中政府角色错位及其原因入手,从宪政角度和现行法律法规的规定来论述政府在城市房屋拆迁实践中所应当具有的角色,并提出其角色矫正的建议,以促进我国城市房屋拆迁的顺利开展,保护被拆迁人的合法利益。
The conflicts of interests and social contradictions arising from the demolition of urban houses are more and more, mainly due to the misplaced role of the government in demolition.
