研究了rhGMCSF/IL3融合蛋白对人骨髓造血祖细胞(CFUGM、CFUGEMM、BFUE)集落形成的影响,结果表明rhGMCSF/IL3能显著促进CFUGM、CFUGEMM、BFUE集落的形成,分别与GMCSF、IL3单独或联合用药比较,差异有显著性(P<0001),CFUGM、CFUGEMM、BFUE集落的形成对融合蛋白均有剂量依赖性,培养体系浓度在5~10ng/ml时,各个集落生长效果最好。提示rhGMCSF/IL3对造血祖细胞的生长发挥着重要作用,可能成为放疗、化疗后继GMCSF及IL3更重要的造血制剂。
The effect of rhGMCSF / IL3 fusion protein on the colony formation of human bone marrow hematopoietic progenitor cells (CFUGM, CFUGEMM, BFUE) was studied.
