用新合成的β-环糊精聚合物(EP-β-CD),并以天然环糊精(β-CD) 和羧甲基环糊精(CM-β-CD) 手性拆分剂作对比,选取扑尔敏、山梗菜碱、维拉帕米为测试物,优化分离条件,研究了EP-β-CD的拆分能力,并与其它两种拆分剂进行了比较。
Using the newly synthesized β-cyclodextrin polymer (EP-β-CD) and the natural cyclodextrin (β-CD) and carboxymethyl cyclodextrin (CM-β-CD) In contrast, we chose chlorpheniramine, camphor and verapamil as tested materials to optimize the separation conditions. The resolution ability of EP-β-CD was studied and compared with the other two resolving agents.
