津水安监[2011]23号第一章总则第一条为规范水务工程建设项目的建设行为,加强工程建设管理,根据国家及我市有关水利工程建设管理法律、法规,参照水利部《水利基本建设项目稽察暂行办法》、国务院南水北调办《南水北调工程建设稽察办法》等,结合我市水务工程建设实际,制定本办法。

These measures are formulated in the light of the actual construction of waterworks in our city.
