Objective To investigate the clinical effect and experience of ureteroscopic minimally invasive urethral injury treatment. Methods The observation group received ureteroscopic minimally invasive treatment, while the control group received conventional open surgery. Results The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, meanwhile, the amount of bleeding during the operation was also significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.05). The follow-up results showed that the urinary fistula The incidence of urethral stricture were lower than the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), while the observation group, the maximum urinary flow rate compared with the control group, although not statistically significant (P> 0.05) Group slightly higher than the control group. Conclusion Ureteroscopic minimally invasive urethral injury is not only clinically effective, but also has many advantages such as safety, simple operation, less bleeding, less trauma and faster recovery compared with the traditional open procedure. It is worthy of clinical application.
