目的探讨活髓切断术治疗年轻恒切牙冠折露髓的临床疗效。方法选取本院自2010年12月~2012年12月收治的45例59颗因外伤引起的年轻恒切牙外伤冠折露髓的患者,并给予其活髓切断术治疗,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组45例(59颗)患者中55颗患牙经活髓切断术治疗后成功,4颗患牙治疗失败,治疗成功率为93.22%。结论给予年轻恒切牙冠折露髓患者活髓切断术治疗可取得良好的效果,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vital pulpotomy for the treatment of young permanent incisor crowns. Methods From January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital, 45 cases of 45 cases of traumatic young crowns caused by traumatic coronal crown demyelination patients were given live pulpotomy treatment of their clinical data Retrospective analysis. Results In the group of 45 patients (59), 55 teeth were successfully treated by pulpotomy and 4 teeth failed to treat. The success rate was 93.22%. Conclusions The treatment of live pulpotomy for young patients with permanent crown incisors can achieve good results and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
