本文提出一个分析多作用内曲线液压马达定子环形状改变,对性能影响的一般方法。该方法避开应变场的分析,采用周向甬φ处曲线的径向移动量△(φ)表示形状改变情况,显得简单实用。文中还给出了该方法对一种等加速内曲线液压马达,在内曲线的不同形状改变下的分析结果,并对形状改变影响马达性能的关键因素进行了探讨。本文的研究表明,该方法具有普遍实用性;影响马达性能的关键因素是曲线移动量△(φ),对周向角φ的导数d△/dφ,在实际中可能迂到的定子环变形对性能的影响,可能具有超出工程允许范围的程度,值得引起重视。
This paper presents a general method of analyzing the effect of changing the shape of the stator ring on the performance of a multi-acting, internally curved hydraulic motor. The method avoids the analysis of the strain field, and uses the radial displacement Δ (φ) of the curve at the circumference φ to indicate the shape change, which is simple and practical. The paper also gives the analysis results of the method for an isokinetic internal curve hydraulic motor under the different shape changes of the internal curve, and discusses the key factors that affect the motor performance when the shape changes. The research in this paper shows that this method has universal practicability. The key factors that influence the performance of the motor are the curve displacement △ (φ), the derivative d △ / dφ of the circumferential angle φ, Impact, may have exceeded the scope of the extent of the project, it deserves attention.
