用精确化装补球方法来优化洛钼集团选矿二公司万吨车间磨矿产品的粒度组成,推荐采用磨矿介质尺寸配比为?100∶?80∶?60∶?40=20∶30∶20∶30。试验结果表明:采用推荐方案进行磨矿试验时,与现场方案相比,+0.20 mm产率降低了9.8个百分点;-0.074 mm产率提高了10.65个百分点;中间可选级别0.20~0.010 mm产率提高了9.13个百分点;中间易选级别0.10~0.019 mm产率提高了8.32个百分点,全面优化了磨矿产品的粒度均匀性。
