目的:探讨颈椎六位片对各型颈椎病诊断的选择。方法:回顾性分析138例患者的临床分型与颈椎六位片中异常表现的关系。结果:神经根型可拍侧位、双斜位片;脊髓型与椎动脉型拍侧位、过伸位、过屈位;交感型拍侧位、双斜位、过伸位、过屈位;混合型拍张口位、侧位、双斜位、过伸位、过屈位。结论:颈椎病可依据其临床表现进行分型,再根据分型选择相应的投照部位。 Objective: To explore the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis by six slices of cervical spine. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 138 patients with clinical classification and cervical spondylosis in the relationship between the abnormal performance.
