介绍了在1.8MVA矿热炉里采用电-煤双热源生产锰硅合金的试验情况,实险结果表明,用电-煤双热源生产锰硅合金,不仅可以直接利用粉矿.提高元素回收率,而且可以增加产量,降低电耗和生产成木,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
This paper introduces the experiment of producing Mn-Si alloy by electric-coal dual heat source in 1.8MVA submerged arc furnace. The actual results show that the production of manganese-silicon alloy by electricity-coal dual heat source can not only directly utilize the powder ore. Improve the recovery rate of the element, and can increase the output, reduce the electricity consumption and produce the Chengmu, with good economic and social benefits.
