针对摆动扫描式红外地球敏感器,文章提出了一种长寿命试验测试方法。设计摆动频率为55~60 Hz的加速摆动扫描机构模拟件,在正弦驱动信号的激励下产生本征频率附近的摆动,实现红外地球敏感器摆动扫描机构的加速寿命试验;并研制了试验平台,实时记录和分析试验参数。试验结果表明:长寿命试验摆动扫描机构模拟件在窄扫模式时,摆动次数累计1.4×109次,摆动频率和电压峰-峰值的标准差分别小于0.0020Hz、0.0309V。
Aiming at the oscillating scanning infrared earth sensor, this paper presents a long-life test method. Designing the acceleration swing scanning mechanism simulation part with the swinging frequency of 55-60 Hz, the oscillation around the eigenfrequency is generated under the excitation of the sinusoidal driving signal to realize the accelerated life test of the infrared earth sensor swinging scanning mechanism; and a test platform is developed, Record and analyze experimental parameters in real time. The experimental results show that the number of wobbles is 1.4 × 109 in narrow scanning mode and the standard deviation of wobble frequency and peak-to-peak voltage are less than 0.0020Hz and 0.0309V respectively.
