回顾性分析1989年11月~1993年12月间,71例单胎妊娠,孕15~35周诊断伴不均称性宫内生长迟缓(IUGR)。孕妇均经Acuson128XP超声图像做详细的胎儿测量和结构异常检查。大多数病例在孕22~24周常规胎儿异常筛选中作出诊断。25例在超声测量宫底高度时发现小于妊娠月份。 研究包括:①孕妇月经史和超声获得可靠的孕龄。②头围和腹围测量。腹围低于孕龄的第5百分位数和头围/腹围比率大于第95百分位数的胎儿诊为不均称性IUGR。③核型的结果通过胎儿血液和羊水的细胞遗传学的分析获得。 此研究孕妇平均年龄为30.7岁。诊断IUGR平均孕龄是26.7周(15~35周)。胎儿染色体核型正常64例,异常7例(9.9%)。其中19例结构异常的IUGR中,4例染色体核型异常,在诊断时平均孕龄
Retrospective analysis from November 1989 to December 1993, 71 cases of singleton pregnancies, 15 weeks to 35 weeks of diagnosis with asymmetric intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR). Pregnant women by Acuson128XP ultrasound images do detailed fetal measurements and structural abnormalities. Most cases are diagnosed during routine fetal abnormality screening at 22-24 weeks gestation. Twenty-five cases were found to be less than the month of pregnancy when measuring the height of the fundus at ultrasound. Studies include: ① pregnant women with menstrual history and ultrasound to obtain reliable gestational age. ② head circumference and abdominal circumference measurements. Fetus with a fifth-percentile lower than gestational age and a greater than 95th percentile of head circumference / ventral circumference was referred to as IUGR. ③ karyotype results obtained by fetal cytogenetic analysis of fetal blood and amniotic fluid. The average age of pregnant women in this study was 30.7 years old. The average gestational age for diagnosis of IUGR was 26.7 weeks (15-35 weeks). Fetal karyotype was normal in 64 cases, abnormal in 7 cases (9.9%). In 19 cases of structural abnormalities in IUGR, 4 cases of karyotype abnormalities, the average gestational age at diagnosis
