用快凝的方法以不同的冷凝速度制备了Fe-6.5%Si薄带。研究了快凝速度对制备态薄带晶粒取向的影响,研究结果表明,凝速较慢时样品为(001)面织构,随冷速的增高,织构减弱。
Fe-6.5% Si ribbons were prepared by fast-setting at different condensation rates. The effect of fast coagulation velocity on the grain orientation of the as-prepared ribbon was studied. The results show that the texture of the sample is (001) when the velocity is slow, and the texture decreases as the cooling rate increases.
