随着我国通用航空飞行活动日渐频繁,安全事故数目也有所增加,通用航空安全管理的作用与重要性日益提升。SMS是国际上较为先进的航空安全管理办法,它以风险管理为核心,利用PDCA的方法促进企业安全文化的形成,最终达到安全可靠发展的目标。本文从通用航空出发,对其建设的过程与方法作了简要介绍。
With the frequent flight of general aviation in our country and the increase of the number of accidents, the role and importance of general aviation safety management are increasing day by day. SMS is a more advanced international aviation safety management approach. It takes risk management as the core and uses PDCA to promote the formation of safety culture of the enterprise. Finally, SMS achieves the goal of safe and reliable development. Starting from general aviation, this article gives a brief introduction of the process and method of its construction.
