高职院校学生党建工作是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,大学生思想政治教育和日常管理工作的组织者、实践者和导师。对了解大学生的政治思想动态发挥着非常重要的作用。要抓好高职院校大学生党建工作,就要充分发挥辅导员党建工作的凝聚力功能,使学生党员起到应有的模范带头作用。
Party building in higher vocational colleges is an important part of ideological and political education in universities. Counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education for college students, the organizers, practitioners and mentors of ideological and political education and daily management of college students. To understand the dynamics of college students political play a very important role. To do a good job of the party building in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to give full play to the cohesion function of the counselors’ work of party building so that the student party members can play the leading role they should be.
