欢喜岭油田齐40块投入稠油蒸汽驱开发后,井底温度逐渐升高,套管结晶、套管气硫化氢浓度升高、井喷、井卡等现象日趋突出,成为蒸汽驱井管理的瓶颈。为此我们进行油井井筒掺水现场实验,实验证明井筒掺水能够彻底解除套管结晶、井喷、井卡现象,并且大幅度降低了套管气硫化氢浓度、提高油井开井时效及产量,但由于掺水与输油泵一体,会造成部分产出油回掺至井下,造成一定的产能浪费。
