目的:筛选以枇杷枝屑代料栽培灵芝的最佳配方,为实现高产量和生产高品质的灵芝提供参考依据。方法:添加不同比例枇杷枝屑代料栽培灵芝,测定灵芝子实体生物转化率、孢子量及其多糖、三萜及黄酮含量。结果:枇杷枝屑代料栽培灵芝可正常出芝,产生并释放孢子,与杂木屑代料栽培相比,枇杷枝屑添加量为80%时,生物转化率增加了11.34%,但孢子产量差异不大;枇杷枝屑添加量为90%时,多糖含量增加了32.29%,三萜含量增加了30.58%;枇杷枝屑代料栽培灵芝对黄酮的影响不大。结论:枇杷枝屑代料栽培灵芝能提高灵芝的品质,根据综合评分枇杷枝屑添加量以80%为最适合。
Objective: To screen the optimal formula of Ganoderma lucidum by using loquat and dendrite as raw material to provide reference for realizing high yield and producing high quality Ganoderma lucidum. Methods: Ganoderma lucidum was cultivated on behalf of Loquat Decayed Substitutes with different proportions. The bioconversion rate, spore yield, polysaccharide, triterpenoid and flavone content of Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body were measured. Results: Ganoderma lucidum could produce normal and produce spores, and the spore yield and release of spores. Compared with hybrid wood chips, the bioconversion rate increased by 11.34% when the amount of dendrobates added was 80%, but the spore yield While the content of polysaccharide increased 32.29% and the content of triterpene increased by 30.58%. The effect of Ganoderma lucidum on the cultivation of Flavonoids was not significant. Conclusion: Loquat decoction material cultivation Ganoderma lucidum can improve the quality of Ganoderma lucidum, according to the comprehensive evaluation of the amount of loquat decoction added to 80% is the most suitable.
