班主任工作是一项复杂细致的工作,现代教育理论告诉我们,要组织一个成功的班级,班主任工作的成效尤其关键。笔者在班级管理中采取以下方法:建立健全班规班纪,是培养良好班级的基础;注重学生干部培养,建立强有力的班委;创造良好的学习氛围,形成较好的学习风气;班主任公平公正处理问题,是培养良好班级的润滑剂;开展丰富多彩的课余活动,给学生提供展示才艺的舞台;爱字当头,真心付出,收到良好的效果。
The work of the head teacher is a complicated and meticulous task. The modern education theory tells us that to organize a successful class, the effectiveness of the head teacher’s work is particularly critical. The author adopts the following methods in class management: Establishing and improving classes and classes is the foundation for training a good class; Emphasizing the cultivation of student cadres; Establishing a strong class committee; Creating a good learning atmosphere and forming a good learning atmosphere; Dealing with problems in a fair manner is a lubricant for developing a good class; carrying out a variety of extra-curricular activities to provide students with a stage to display their talents; they love to take the lead, really pay, and receive good results.
