1996年9月9日,我县发生一起普通变形杆菌引起的食物中毒,报告如下:1 中毒经过9月9日,我县李家户乡刘官屯村民×××,从县冷库买回牛内脏(心、肝、肺、肠)及剔骨肉30kg,加工后在本村出售.购买者食后4～48小时内有96人出现中毒症状,主要表现为上腹绞痛、恶心、呕吐、头痛、畏寒、腹胀、四肢麻木,腹泻物为水样便,伴有粘液.部分患者发热,体温37.5～39.2℃.症状较轻的患者经乡村医生用洁霉素和卡那霉素治疗后1天内痊愈,较重的患者经乡卫生院住院治疗3天内痊愈.
