目的观察急性一氧化碳中毒(ACOP)大鼠血小板活性的变化及其高压氧(HBO)暴露的影响。方法将实验动物Wistar大鼠共128只随机分成正常对照组(NC组)、一氧化碳中毒组(COP组)、一氧化碳中毒+高气压组(HPT组)及一氧化碳中毒+高压氧组(HBO组)。测定COP后1,5,10,15,20d大鼠血小板平均相对体积及血小板CD61的动态变化。结果COP后,血小板平均相对体积及血小板CD61的表达均显著升高(P<0.05),而且持续15d以上。HBO组较COP组血小板平均相对体积及血小板CD61的表达较快恢复正常(P<0.05)。HPT组与COP组相比高气压对血小板平均相对体积及血小板CD61的表达均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论ACOP可导致血小板活性增加并持续。HBO治疗可以使其较快恢复正常。
Objective To observe the changes of platelet activity and the hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) exposure in acute carbon monoxide poisoning (ACOP) rats. Methods A total of 128 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (NC group), carbon monoxide poisoning group (COP group), carbon monoxide poisoning + high pressure group (HPT group) and carbon monoxide poisoning + hyperbaric oxygen group (HBO group). The mean relative platelet volume and the dynamic changes of platelet CD61 in rats at 1, 5, 10, 15 and 20 days after COP were measured. Results After COP, the mean relative platelet volume and platelet CD61 expression increased significantly (P <0.05), and lasted more than 15 days. The mean relative platelet volume and platelet CD61 expression in HBO group recovered more quickly than those in COP group (P <0.05). Compared with the COP group, HPT group had no significant effect of high pressure on the mean relative platelet volume and platelet CD61 expression (P> 0.05). Conclusion ACOP can lead to platelet activity increased and continued. HBO treatment can make it quickly returned to normal.
